Evergreen Inn Hotel - Manitowoc Place

Manitowoc Place was once the historic Evergreen Inn Hotel and the location is known to have several spirits residing in it. There have reportedly been many deaths here, which some believe have led to the hauntings. Pounding noises, blood that appears on the floors, and apparitions of people wearing 1900's style clothing dancing and dining have all been reported here. The elevator is also known to stop at floors where no one requested it.

I don't think this place is haunted at all, I'm the building manager of this now apartment building. Yes, it is an old building with tons of cool and maybe some bad history, but I haven't saw any signs of of hauntings so i'm a disbeliever I think noises that are heard are just noises of an old building needing TLC...... #Tale
