A ghostly woman named Martha is said to haunt this building. Martha hung herself in a guest bedroom in the west wing of the building and her apparition has been seen on the staircase and in the doorways of the building. Eerie occurrences here include cold spots, lights going on and off on their own, chandeliers swinging by themselves and items vanishing and reappearing in strange places.
