This restaurant is no longer in operation but when the place was open for business, a ghost boy was said to haunt the place. The ghost was unknown until a picture of the boy who resembles the ghost turned up. Locals have learned that the name of the ghost is Carl.

Being local to this area, this was a story that was actually about the Kozy Korner in New Richmond, WI, not the one in Hudson. I have never heard of the Hudson location (which is also no longer there) being haunted. While the building is still there in New Richmond, it has not been Kozy Korner for many years.
